The hamstrings flex the knee & extend the hip (except the short head of the biceps femoris.) The antagonist would have to be a muscle(s) that extends the knee and flexes the hip. The iliopsoas & sartorius both flex the hip, but the sartorius also assists in knee flexion. The answer would be sartorius.
