Before you can separate the non-conforming products. You need to trace the physical location of where the non conforming products are located. Only then you can proceed with seperation.

Correct Answer should be A. Since the product quality issue has already been discovered, the next logical step would be to discover the root cause.

Wouldn't you need to separate the non-conforming product first? Or is this supposed to be the issue is caught in inspection before it makes it to production?
