I thoutgh this again. I think answer is A corret. Because after booted switch, there is no startup config. but ztp cancel one time command. if device reboot again, ztp will be activated since there is no startupconfig. to prevent it you have to write memory to create startup config

ztp cancel provides only one-time cancellation.If you reboot again the device, ztp will be enabled. Also, as soon as you ztp cancel, device will be reboot. Answer b

B is correct To cancel ZTP mode, login as admin and type zerotouch cancel. This will trigger an immediate reload of the switch, after which the switch will be ready to configure manually. At this point, if you ever erase the startup-config and reload, the switch will edn up ZTP mode again.
