Can't be "B" because of https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R76/CP_R76_AppControl_WebAdmin/60902.htm There is an action "Limit": Limits the bandwidth that is permitted for a rule. Add a Limit object to configure a maximum throughput for uploads and downloads. "A" seems correct.

Correct, checked in r80.30, in access control ( if QOS is enabled in your policy ), you can select limit as an action ( under more ). So can't be B.

Tricky, between "A" and "B". "A" is definitely related to "Threat Prevention" features, however I don't think they will work without APP-ID, therefore application control needs to be enabled. QOS on the other hand, does not care about URLs and APP-IDs, so indeed, maybe it is "B".
