I'm talking with users that are absolutly sure about the answer A: The A says: Launch Button > Policy > Global Properties > Firewall In order to reach the Firewall tab (where you can edit the implied rules positions), you have to click on MENU button ( https://sc1.checkpoint.com/sc/SolutionsStatics/sk98126/sk98126-install-db1710020628.png ) -> Global Properties -> Firewall ( https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/76626_pastedImage_1.png ). So the correct path is MENU -> Global Properties -> Firewall There's no Launch Button and no Policy tab in the correct path. A is wrong. B is the only one that can be considered correct. Because you can't change an implied rule, you can just choose their position.

A is correct. The answer say: EDIT implicit rules. Not modify. And in Global->Firewall you can edit the implicit rules positions or enable/disable them.

Edit is a synonym of modify. They mean the same thing.

Another amazing question from checkpoint ..., "Launch Button > Policy > Global Properties > Firewall.", these are "Implied rules" not implicit (I don't know if that means the same thing). Implicit rule in firewalls, generally, means "THE CLEANUP RULE". However what do checkpoint mean by this is beyond logic .... https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk115600

You can't edit implicit rules per say, because the rules were set out of the box and the only thing you can edit, is the precedence (First, Before Last, Last). If the question refers to this, then answer A is the correct answer. Other than that, answer C is the correct answer - you can't edit implicit rules the way you edit the rules at the rule base itself, explicitly

For 77.30 option A is valid but R80.10 its Launch Button>Global Properties which makes A not a valid option. Option B Seems most correct if applicable to implied rule. Option C does not seem correct as option to configure implicit rule is: click Menu > Manage Policies and Layers. Seems we have incorrect question or incomplete answers https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R80.10/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R80.10_SecurityManagement_AdminGuide/html_frameset.htm

There is nothing about implicit rules in global properties and the correct way of accessing global properties is launch button> global properties I think the question is about implied rules, not implicit. I would prefer option B, because we cant change implied rule, we can only change the position of them in the rulebase.

This is probably about Implied rules because there is only one Implicit rule and that is to drop any at the end of each policy.

Looks like C is the answer https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R80.10/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R80.10_SecurityManagement_AdminGuide/html_frameset.htm?topic=documents/R80.10/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R80.10_SecurityManagement_AdminGuide/136972

According to your reference: The default rules that are available as part of the Global properties configuration and cannot be edited.

The default rules are implied rules, this is talking about implicit rules. "you can change the action of the implicit cleanup rule to Accept in the Layer Editor" So i believe that C is correct.
