There is no need to Filter Inbound routes from ISP as we want to receive all available paths from them, but we need to filter outbound routes to not advertise Prefixes received from ISP 1 to ISP 2 and vice versa. B and C are correct.

Should be B & C. All inbound routes from the ISP should be accepted.
