Correct answer is D, i quote Citrix: Profile Management performs the migration when a user logs on and there are no user profiles in the user store. Before the migration starts, Profile Management locates the application profiles to be migrated. It does so through automatic discovery. It's not good enough for the policy to be updated / refreshed. The user still has to log on for the settings to take affect.

D is correcct -> Question is not when the policy is taking "effect" (gpupdate /force or automatic group policy update) but when the file migration begin to process -> At Logon

I think is D as well. Checking here : https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/profile-management/current-release/configure/automatic-migration-of-existing-app-profiles.html It says: "For your changes to take effect, run the gpupdate /force command from the command prompt. Log off from all sessions and then log on again. [...] Profile Management performs the migration when a user logs on and there are no user profiles in the user store. Before the migration starts, Profile Management locates the application profiles to be migrated. It does so through automatic discovery

A is wrong, how is the policy supposed to know which user profiles are to be migrated and where they are located, A is nonsense.
