Going with B. "HDX Insight is the integration of NetScaler Network Inspector and Performance Manager with Director. Complicated.. The question is about a Tool and HDX Insight is more a feature... But "A" is a Toolkit (container with tools) not a tool itself. So I will probably stay on the HDX Insight because it make publicity for one of their feauture :)
