It's B and D. If you read the article below, you will see that STA is automatically installed on the Delivery Controllers. The NetScaler and StoreFront need to be configured to point to a Delivery Controller, since STA is there. https://www.carlstalhood.com/storefront-cr-configuration-for-citrix-gateway/

i would suggest C and D. Article below mentions that "at this time IIS is required to host the STA" Which means STA requires Windows servers

It's B and D as the question is "on which two components must STA server locations be configured..." the STA is on the Delivery Controller and you define the STA server (Delivery Controller) when setting up Citrix site in Netscaler and Storefront.
