B is correct but they do not mention whether SSO is already configured on domain B or not. SAML authentication is configured on the "foreign" domain with users that are going to access resources in the opposite domain. If SAML is configured on domain A then the resources must be located on domain B that is also native to its users so SSO should work for domain B users if configured but in the question there is not a word about that.

Answer B should be correct. FAS is required for SAML authentication with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7. So, no FAS = no SAML = no SSO becouse SAML doesn't work.

B should be correct "With SAML, Citrix Gateway and StoreFront do not have access to the user’s password and thus cannot perform single sign-on to the VDA. FAS works around this limitation by using issuing certificates that can be used to logon to the VDA." - Reference: https://www.carlstalhood.com/citrix-federated-authentication-service-saml/
