B is the answer. Citrix Cloud Gateway service does NOt support two factor authentication, it supports only hdx proxy. Authentication with Citrix Cloud Gateway service come's to Cloud connector

Agree. Citrix Cloud Gateway Service does support SAML integration with Azure and Okta though. But you need ADC for RADIUS.
