A,C and D are eliminated right off the jump, seeing as the need speed of excess 150mbps. leaving you with B and E. Clientless- REMOTE net access. is a dead give away for a VPN sooo there you have it.

Key phrase "clientless remote network access". SSL-VPN can be done through a browser whereas VPN with IPSEC requires a VPN client to be installed on the computer
