1. Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. 2. Run a printer power cycle and check cables 3. Set your printer as the default printer. 4. Check and Clear the print queue. 5. Reset the service that manages the printing queue. 6. Remove and re-add your printer to your device. 7. Restart your PC. C and F to me

Neither printer can be printed to. Restarting the Print Spooler and power cycling the computer would help with both printers in the same way.

no the correct answer is CDEF, if your going to restart the desktop why not restart the printer too in that way everything boots up fresh right. You are just one button away.
