Is asking what is the best method of those listed to implement a network backhaul.does not specify the backhaul needs to be 802.11. I will say lte

Isn't the answer supposed to be B here? The question states 'The response team must setup a local wireless network using 802.11 WLAN access points.' While Cellular/LTE is feasible, it is not part of the 802.11 standard. So I think B is correct.
