StartTLS is correct. I think ForceTLS is used for HTTPS

Correct answer is: D. STARTTLES StartTLS is a protocol command used to inform the email server that the email client wants to upgrade from an insecure connection to a secure one using TLS or SSL. It's FORCETLS. Otherwise communication is not guaranteed to be encrypted. See https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/smtp.1.html
