Same understanding here, If "the whole team" would attend - the SoS would likely a very crowed place. As the SoS usually happens after the daily scrum, one team member should be enough to participate. As self organized they decide who that should be. Answer C:

The correct option, in my opinion, is B. Anyone from the team can represent if Scrum master isn't available.
