C doesn't look very correct. Leaning more towards "E" if source IP is changed to 10.20.100.50.

Yeah, I think you're correct. There's no SNAT configured and it's transparent so I don't see why it wouldn't just be source unchanged and destination is changed to the actual virtual server subnet

But there is a forwarder and the traffic is port 443 and that is SNATTED?
