I would go for B, Simplivity.
WIth the dHCI, this is a full archi with switches (so mgt for them), VMWare, the DL/Synergy, so OneView and then the storage mgt Nimble.
So I would still pickup Simplivity that replies fully to the need where the user will only have to go on the vCenter and don't bother with network interconnectivity and storage management.
