D is correct! Check Step 8 Server Design For the DHCP/DNS servers in a high-density design, the key metric is transaction time, which should be <= 5ms. This is much more critical than transaction rate and should be modeled at 5% of seating capacity over 5 minutes. For example in an 18,000 seat arena × 5%/300 seconds = 3 discovers per second

From the course book - Aruba strongly recommends a carrier-grade DHCP/DNS servers, such as Infoblox and lease times should be 2X duration of event (8 hours suggested).
