C. The switches are operating normally. The handles are red (port to power) should be power to port (blue handle)

A fan tray can operate effectively only when it uses the same air flow direction as the ventilation system in the equipment room. The preferred airflow direction must also be the same. If a fan tray is not operating correctly or its airflow direction is different from the preferred airflow direction, the system sends traps and logs. You must replace the fan tray. Procedure 1.
