B. The answer will be True, if only just vlan assignment was previously configured on both switches. Example: [LSW1]vlan batch 10 20 [LSW2]vlan batch 10 20

The IP 10.1.1.2 is configured under interface vlan10 and it is under a trunk port. So, the come back of the ping have to be tagged. In my opinion, the answer is True.

Hyprid untagged vlan 10, vlan 20 is an invalid configuration by 802.1Q. You can have to tagged Vlans on a port, but not two untagged Vlans.
