D is correct based on GTAG BCP No recovery plan/capabilities. - No recovery plan exists. - Recovery resources and data restore processes have not been defined. - Data backup plans exist to ensure that critical data can be restored at some time in the future. - A risk exists that the systems and business processes they support may never be recovered or may result in an extended delayed recovery.

C is actually correct. The question say there is a recovery plan in exist ...this is effectively a cold site. D would have been correct of no plan exist, Don't be confuse with the statement "sometime in the future." The future can be anytime after today whether it specific or not. The key is he existence of recovery plan which if not an attribute of no recovery plan as u have stated already. D is not correct but C indeed

Java_Girl and Walewweeeed are correct. It is D. Please refer to this IIA Powerpoint on the subject. It literally states almost verbatim that having no recovery plan includes "Data backup plans exist to ensure that critical data can be restored at some time in the future" and "Recovery resources and data restore processes have not been defined." It is DEFINITELY D.
