A is the correct answer. The question relates to identifying suitable options not solving a problem - which all the other techniques refer to (except Vendor assessment which looks at meeting commitments on delivery and provisions of products/services)

Ans is B. Decision Analysis Vendor assessment is not a technique under the task 7.6 Analyze Potential Value and Recommend Solution. The only option is B. Decision Analysis - Decision Analysis: used to support the assessment and ranking of design options.
