Selected Answer: B
The question provides a context that focuses on the stakeholders and the next steps after that. BOBOK V3 Pg 105 makes it clear that the business needs are "always" -the keyword- expressed from the perspective of the enterprise. For the solution, BOBOK V3 says. business needs are "often" -keyword- identifies and expressed ... Hence the answer is B

C is not correct because need does not satisfy a solution, but a solution needs to satisfy the business need.

C is correct. It does not refer to an enterprise but rather how an organisation will represent the potential business opportunity that will be expressed to satisfy the solution

"Ensure the business needs describe the potential solutions that they will satisfy" is an anomaly because ideally, it should be the solutions that are described in terms of the business needs they aim to satisfy and not the need describing the solution it should satisfy. B is the correct answer

Answer should be B. If Business need is expressed with a presumed solution, then BA needs to question the assumptions, constraints etc. But Business Need as such should be expressed from enterprise perspective. 6.1.4.1

Ans B 6.1.4.1 Business needs are always expressed from the perspective of the enterprise, and not that of any particular stakeholder. Business needs are often identified or expressed along with a presumed solution. The business analyst should question the assumptions and constraints that are generally buried in the statement of the issue to ensure that the correct problem is being solved and the widest possible range of alternative solutions are considered.

Ans is B. It is not C because - Business needs are often identified or expressed along with a presumed solution. The business analyst should question the assumptions and constraints that are generally buried in the statement of the issue to ensure that the correct problem is being solved and the widest possible range of alternative solutions are considered.

"Business needs are often identified or expressed along with a presumed solution": This statement implies that when business needs are being identified, they often come with preconceived solutions.
