Selected Answer: B
B. Percentage of staff members who complete the training with a passing score This KPI directly reflects the ability of the staff to understand and retain the information that was presented during the training sessions. It's not just about attending the training or providing positive feedback, but actually comprehending and being able to apply the information from the training to their roles, which is typically evaluated through some form of assessment or test. This is the most direct measurement of the training's effectiveness in increasing the staff's awareness and understanding of the organization's information security policies.

The best key performance indicator (KPI) to reflect the effectiveness of the training in improving user awareness of organizational information security policies is the percentage of staff members who complete the training with a passing score. This KPI directly measures whether employees have not only attended the training sessions but also comprehended the material and can apply it effectively. This KPI ensures that the training is achieving its intended purpose, which is to increase user awareness of information security policies and ensure that employees can demonstrate their understanding by passing an assessment or evaluation.

C, it is mentioned several times in the manual and Q&A questions that the most effective measure of a social engineering training session is training and testing of content

Correct answer is "...passing score" as that is the only answer addressing effectiveness. Agree that coverage does not imply effectiveness.

Even if all employees attends the training achieving 100% attendance, it still does not indicate the the training was effective, it only shows the coverage !! I think B is wrong
