In section 3.3.4 this is written: "While reuse aspects are already settled when the TAA is defined, the TAS can help increase the ability for reuse." So answer should be D

Correct answer is D! The question is asking where the design for reuse occur - in the TAA! Ref from the syllabus: "While reuse aspects are already settled when the TAA is defined", page 42 of 84.
