B is correct, with C you are only adding another IP to unit 0, remember that you can configure multiple IPs in an interface.

B is correct, you should use the "rename" to change an existing configuration. https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/reference/command-summary/rename.html

IF you with set interface so there is a new IP add there basically, os i think it is b there will be two ip's on interface dual IP addresses - works :)

B is correct answer, rename means to change its address. If you use "C" it will just add the address to the interface since juniper supports multi address on the same interface.
