This one looks tricky because of the date formatting, but all you need to remember is to select the two columns that you can actually create a relationship off of. In this case, the date columns.

agree.... remember that the "TYPE" and not the "FORMAT" is what it matters the most.

so you mean to say that if creating the relationship the data type "i.e. Date in this case" should be same. a whole number and date can not be combined?
