Both options A and B are correct, the question in this case should've been select which commands you can use to restart the computer. Since the only requirement was to restart, the best option was B, no one said anything about time before restart or anything of the sort.

Based on how the question is worded, the most correct answer would be B. Although A is also correct the question does not mention anything about time before restart.
