80 HTTP 443 HTTPS 3389 RDP 8530 WSUS, because the questions are, the Server1 will download from Microsoft in any Server in the World, the Server 2 will pick up this updating from Server1, the internal way.

The question should clarify though if it is WSUS 3.2 (80/443) or WSUS 6.2 (8530/8531), since they user different ports.

Doesn't Server 2016 come with WSUS 10.0? I'd assume being a 2016 test that would be the version they mean. Not even sure if you could get WSUS 3.2 installed on it. Maybe, but I think with lack of information you have to assume the default install package.
