An information management policy doesn't track document changes. None of those options do. Good old version history is where you can see all the changes.

It des, in my opinion. There are some predefined policy features. In this case you should use the "Auditing" policy feature. Forgot to give a clear statement in the end: Answer A "an information management policy" seems to be correct.
