It's B. Question said Cluster and time stamp, and in Log Collector u can select one or more nodes, and all Logs not Alerts

I thing the correct answer is B. You can also get the result with the answer C, but this is less convenient. So the better choice is B.

B is correct, the Alerts page has filters for Impact Type: Availability and Time Range: From X to Y.
