I'm not really sure of this one.
In 5.16 the limitation included :
The VM-host affinity cannot be configured on a cluster that has the HA configured by using reserved host method. -> https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=Web-Console-Guide-Prism-v5_16:ahv-affinity-policies-c.html
But it's been removed in last version -> https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=AHV-Admin-Guide-v6_5:ahv-affinity-policies-c.html
So, I will go for B
B. Only limitation is "Even though if a host is removed from a cluster, the host UUID is not removed from the host-affinity list for a VM." :
https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=AHV-Admin-Guide-v6_0:ahv-affinity-policies-c.html
The questions "When host affinity policies are ENABLED", IMHO this goes beyond the fact that VM-host affinity can not be configured, as they are already enabled. So why D?
Limitations fo affinity Rules:
1 - If a host is removed from a cluster, the host UUID is not removed from the host-affinity list.
2- The host affinity can not be configured on a cluster that has HA configured using the reserved host method.
3- You cannot remove the VM-hosts affinity for a powered-on VM on Prism.
So the correct option is D.
