I would definitely choose D,E A- just not correct B- while this can be done it is not an action that MUST be done prior to beginning in upgrade. You will have to do this again post-upgrade anyway as best practice C- definitely wrong. You set this parameter post-upgrade. Even then, it is best practice not to set this parameter immediately after an upgrade but for some time after. Waiting to set it ensures we can downgrade to our previous version if needed in case of an error. I do not think C is correct. The link you posted states "Compatibility Initialization parameter to be set to at least 11.2.0" so I think B and E are the correct answers.

B is not correct because compile invalid objects is post upgrade step, D,E is pre upgrade steps and correct. ( this is my opinion )
