B also for me: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/exadata/ehcc-twp-131254.pdf says "Note that data remains compressed not only on disk, but also remains compressed in the Exadata Smart Flash Cache". While Hcc is best suited for relational data

A - HCC is very good for image and large data B - not compressed in flash, can be also on disk C - only Exadata

HCC dont work on all storages, on X6 it also resides on flash and disk, so B is the correct anwser
