Correct is BCF.
The utlrp.sql is used to compile invalid objects (not specifically generated by the pre-upgrade tool)
The pre_upgrade_fixups is not executed automatically but can be run manually.
See ref: https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/12.2/upgrd/using-preupgrade-information-tool-for-oracle-database.html#GUID-0C496815-1826-4E28-8437-36FA549000F9
The Pre-Upgrade Information Tool (preupgrade.jar) creates the following files:
-A log file (preupgrade.log):The log file contains the output of the Pre-Upgrade Information Tool.
-The pre-upgrade fixups: preupgrade_fixups.sql
-The post-upgrade fixups:postupgrade_fixups.sql
The preupgrade tool itself does not make changes to your database to correct errors. However, it does generate scripts that you can use to correct identified errors.
I think the correct answer should be: ABC (not E, but B.)
Because pre_up_fix.sql is run by hand.
