B is the right answer ( non-predefined exceptions = any other standard Oracle server error wich is raised implicitly and and u can catch it in the exception handler )

it's an 'Oracle server error' and therefore it has to be a implicitly raised error, so a correct answer can only be B or D. 'no predefined' means that it is not predefined in the sys.standard package. in my opinion B and D could be correct. if there is only one answer, i would chose B.
