C should not be the correct Answer as cross object updation via WF is not feasible, use apex

The Answer is C. The start object is Opportunity, and then choose Field Update: Account object => The custom field.

In my opinion, should be C,as you should trigger an action from the Opportunity. Workflow would allow to update a field on its related account.

Answer is B (Now I read it requires search on all the related opportunities which workflow will lack because flow is not included in the option, Apex trigger is correct answer)

Trigger must be on Oppotunity Object. Not Account Object. So B is wrong.

the field is on the account object and since we are changing the field value on the account object and not opportunity so B is correct.
