Newgenex is right, therefor the answer with the Server Migration Wizard is the correct one. Use SMW to move EV from 1 server to another, which is on the appropriate OS level.

According to EV compatibility chart, EV 12 is not compatible with Windows 2008 R2 or below. There should be an option to upgrade the Windows OS to 2012 or later first.

Answer C. EVSWVR is only necessary for verification/repairs. there is no need to go to 11.0.1
