C is correct (A) NO - Storage vMotion will not make a copy. (B) NO - FT must be in the SAME cluster. (D) NO - Instant clones share a virtual disk of the parent VM and therefore consume less storage than full VMs. https://www.vmware.com/products/vsphere/replication.html

Nope, because Fault-Tolerance is not for different **clusters**. I'd say it's vSphere Replication so that you can replicate between your cluster.
