The new guidelines for blood pressure risk factor is Greater then or equal to 130/80. This client meets that risk factor, as well as not having enough HDL. With two risk factors, this qualifies him at moderate risk, which means he should get medical clearance before vigorous testing, if he is sedentary. But it doesn't give his previous exercise information, so we don't know.
