I believe it should be A! Since the team aims to continue in their "usual work." The team should be able to continue their "usual work," and additionally (simultaneously), they could participate in hackathons to learn from each other. the first-best answer is A, the second-best answer is B. Answer D is generated by ChatGPT but unfortunately wrong
