Not D because unauthorized users are not likely to sign in and out if there is unsecured access. A computer panel limits unauthorized access.

A is the best answer so the computer can keep individual logs and time of the entry to the file area and also cheaper way to monitor. One would have to punch in the assigned code.

(A) would be the correct answer because having computerized access panel is a great way to limit or restrict access to the area. This option can be used to control who has access to the area. This would be a productive way to monitor who access the area and when they access the area. This can help identify any unauthorized access attempts and so that you can take appropriate action to make the area more secure.
