E. VMware Cloud on AWS , this is not hybrid, instead it is cloud service that running VMware on AWS.
AWS Outposts (Option D) and VMware Cloud on AWS (Option E).
AWS Outposts allows customers to run AWS services on-premises, providing a hybrid cloud solution. It allows customers to use the same APIs, control plane, and tools they use in the AWS cloud to run applications on-premises, using their own hardware.
VMware Cloud on AWS provides a hybrid cloud solution that allows customers to run VMware workloads on AWS infrastructure. Customers can use the same VMware tools they use in their on-premises environments to manage workloads running in the AWS cloud.

The two AWS services that support a hybrid compute architectural model are:
D. AWS Outposts: AWS Outposts is a fully managed service that extends AWS infrastructure, services, APIs, and tools to virtually any datacenter, co-location space, or on-premises facility for a truly consistent hybrid experience. AWS Outposts allows customers to run compute and storage on-premises using the same AWS APIs, tools, and infrastructure services they use in AWS Cloud.
E. VMware Cloud on AWS: VMware Cloud on AWS is an integrated cloud offering jointly developed by AWS and VMware that delivers a highly scalable, secure, and innovative service that allows customers to seamlessly migrate and extend their on-premises VMware vSphere-based environments to the AWS Cloud running on next-generation Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) bare metal infrastructure.
Option D, AWS Outposts, is a fully-managed service that extends AWS infrastructure and services to customer premises or co-location facilities, enabling a hybrid architecture.
Option E, VMware Cloud on AWS, is a jointly-engineered cloud service that allows customers to run VMware workloads on the AWS Cloud, providing a seamless hybrid environment.
