According to https://aws.amazon.com/data-exchange/why-aws-data-exchange/redshift-data-tables/ Customers can find and subscribe to third-party data in AWS Data Exchange and directly query the data in minutes in Amazon Redshift without extracting, transforming, or loading it. In B, customers can query Redshift directly. No need to use S3 periodically. Minimizes operational overhead.

B is the closest one but is not correct either. https://docs.amazonaws.cn/en_us/redshift/latest/dg/adx-getting-started-producer.html, like every thing else in AWS you need policy to grant access and that is missing in B.
