E is fine Between B and C , C is correct because the question says "routes are being advertised from the customers's end" which means Customer end router is probagating routes to VGW Now VGW should be configured to probagate routes "TO" customer end router

I think you have a typo. you said 'a' is an answer, then in your explanation you said it is not because it refers to VPN and not DX (which is true)
