The answer is C. If you launch an instance into a VPC that has an instance tenancy of dedicated, your instance is automatically a Dedicated instance, regardless of the tenancy of the instance.
When you launch an instance into a VPC, the instance tenancy attribute of the VPC determines whether the instance is a Dedicated instance or a Shared tenancy instance. If the VPC has an instance tenancy of dedicated, then all instances launched into the VPC are automatically Dedicated instances, regardless of the tenancy of the instance.
C is for sure
If you launch an instance into a VPC that has an instance tenancy of dedicated , your instance is automatically a Dedicated Instance, regardless of the tenancy of the instance. For more information on creating a VPC and choosing the tenancy options, see Create a VPC in the Amazon VPC User Guide.
