Selected Answer: C
AWS is responsible for the underlying infrastructure and the security of the Amazon RDS service itself. This includes ensuring the physical security, network security, and availability of the infrastructure that hosts the RDS instances. As part of their responsibility, AWS actively monitors security vulnerabilities and threats. They work closely with the database vendors to receive the necessary security patches and updates. AWS then applies these patches to the managed infrastructure that supports Amazon RDS.
