C - it says no healthy target, so clients reqs wont be forwarded to backend servres. target group health status should be more efficient to review

Not A, "VPC DNS address" - no idea what this is referring to. B. No. It is nothing to do with clients accessing the LB. D. Not the listener. Listener is the front end, the back end is the problem. C. Target group health check config, this is the correct answer.
