A,C are correct. Can't mix public and private ip address ranges.

While I agree with A&C - C is not entirely public IP range. It is from the carrier grade nat which shouldn't be used unless we are a service provider.

You cannot assign or use public and private CIDRs simultaneously in a VPC.
